Learn the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting with coach Val Adamson! In this four-week-long program for beginners, coach Val will cover the proper mechanics of the main lifts (snatch, clean, and jerk) along with teaching participants targeted warm-ups, safety tips, and correction drills. You will also get lots of time to practice what you have learned. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to confidently perform these lifts, utilizing safe and proper form while progressively increasing your power and speed.
