Play at The Forks | Workout Wednesdays - August series

Wednesdays, August 7th - August 28th at 5:30p - 6:30p at the CN Field. These fun fitness classes combine interval training and strength training for a great full body, functional workout! Classes are led by Sport Manitoba Fitness instructors who will guide, educate, and challenge you to improve each week. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water, and optional free weights if you would like to add to some of the exercises. All levels are welcome!
