Hard-Core Program

Hard-Core Program will take place on Thursdays from Nov. 5 to Dec. 9. from 5:15 p.m. - 6 p.m. Sessions take place in the Fitness Studio at the Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre. | This program will help you build all-around core strength, so you can bring more stability to everyday activities like walking, jogging, and even sitting, while also bringing new power to your workouts. In each session, well use a combination of bodyweight and resistance exercises. Many of the exercises in this program use minimal equipment, so you can continue working and progressing beyond the program.

Bench, Squat and Deadlift for Beginners

Bench, Squat and Deadlift for Beginners Workshop will take place on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 11 a..m. - 12:30 p.m. Sessions take place in the Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre. | This program will help you learn or feel more confident with multi-joint movements such as deadlift, squat, and bench press. This workshop will teach you step-by-step proper technique, explain how these exercises transfer into daily life activities, and will give you an opportunity to practice individually under the guidance of a certified personal trainer.

PT - Start-Up Package

This package gives you all you need to get started as a new client, at a discount! Includes: consultation, fitness assessment (with FMS and Inbody scan) and four 60 minute private training sessions.

PT - Assessment

After you have completed your consultation, the next step is to book your Fitness Assessment. This in-person 75 minute session will identify your starting point for trainer to create your custom program. The session will test functional movement patterns, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. You will also complete an InBody scan. Required for all new clients.

Book a 45 minute virtual consultation with a trainer to discuss your fitness goals, medical history, and personal training options. Fee is waived if you purchase one of our personal training options. Required for all new clients.
